We hit this restaurant by accident on our way to Florida from Houston, and we found a real gem.
I had the seafood platter, and the fried shrimp and oysters were out-of-the-bay fresh. The oysters even had that salty taste you get with fresh oysters on the halfshell. My girlfriend had fish that she loved.
After the meal we were each offered a complimentary serving of bread pudding. Not being a fan of bread pudding, I declined. But we ordered one serving just to try it. I could have eaten a gallon of it. It was to die for!
We wanted to stop there on our way back, but we passed through too early to eat. This is a "must try" restaurant! |

In a New York, Chicago, or DC this would be the best seafood restaurant in town. In Mobile it is merely good. |
