Every seafood restaurant up and down the coast wants to be what Bayley's is. Inventor of West Indies salad and fried crab claws. Not much of an atmosphere, but this is a restaurant in the middle of one of the largest seafood industry locals in the country. These people don't come for the ambiance, they come for the fish and grits.
