I live in Apache Jct and had never been to AZ Joe's. I decided to go with 12 others for a birthday dinner. The service was terrible. THe waitress was very unfriendly and it took 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks after being seated. I ordered the Prime rib special at $16 dollars and some odd cents. It tasted awful! It was mostly fat and it was like chewing on a tire. The corn bread with the meal was cols as if it had been frozen earlier and it didn't even taste like corn bread. The cowboy beans were sauce, onion and some bacon; there wasn't even beans in it.
I spoke to the manager after the meal. It took her 10 minutes to come and speak with me after I requested. She said Oh we're really busy tonight and your waitress was helping me in the bar. Which I might add the waitress was not because my party and I were constantly trying to flag her down and she was only 20ft from us most of the time that she was not in her cubby hole talking. I was given no apology or compensation for bad food and terrible service. Ten out of the twelve people in the party had a complaint with the food and all 12 complained about the service. Maybe it was a bad night, however I would not suggest eating at AZ Joe's. |

I was introducted to Arizona Joe's by friends from Ill. to go dancing. I had no idea the place had food also which was fabulous. I loved the down home atmosphere. The waitresses were super busy but you could kid with them and they heckled you right back. I loved them.
As for the bar and the dancing, what a great place. If you're not afraid to talk to people you become family instantly. A blind singer who belts out some blues and country, a cowboy with a patch over his eye and a couple that comes in and dances everynite and they are in there ninetys. Thats atmosphere. |

The food wasn't bad after we finally got in the place. Is the only place in the world that I've been that won't call you in the bar while waiting to get in. The waitress was very slow and didn't seem to care that we were even there. No water was served with the meal, or butter for the rolls. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time going there again ! |

The steak that I ate when I went to ARIZONA JOE'S was the best ever. I didn't even need to eat it with any A-1 or HEINZ 57. Just go there and try their food. If not the steak the broasted chicken is also outstanding. |

They've got the best broasted chicken in the country. And that's not all, the buffalo wings are good and hot. It's got a wonderful, casual atmosphere, a place to relax, and have fun. |
