I have gone to this restaurant at least 7 times in the past month for both lunch and dinner when I visit Flagstaff, and the waiter or waitress is generally attentive, gives great customer service, and the food is generally great tasting, hot, and the reason I kept going back.
Today, I must admit it has been one of the worst meals, and poor service that I have ever had when dining out. The waitress was short with me, didn't seemed concerned about being attentive and I should have known then I was in for a rude awakening. When I finally got my prime rib dinner, the vegetables were like they were just taken out of a refrigerator, the baked potatoe was cold to the touch, and the prime rib was almost raw, and also cold. When I explained to the waitress that I didn't wish to eat cold food, she grabed the plate and seemed disgusted that I would even consider sending it back to get a hot meal.
When it finally did come back, the baked potatoe was almost warm to the touch, the veggies were luke warm (almost) and the prime rib still cold.
I was famished as I came in from out of town, so I ate what I could until I almost got sick, and said enough is enough. I paid the check $23.87 for one meal, and as I was walking out, I complained to the female manager, and she also didn't seem concerned, and I explained that I would not be back there again.
Although in the past I had looked forward to going there as I was always treated great, received great customer service, I felt as if today I was in a night mare. Not one of the waittesses were smiling, (very unusual as in the past they always smiled) and it seems of all employees, the girls bussing the tables were the only ones with a smile and a pleasant disposition. |

This was the absolute worst experience. The hostess was rude (bad first impression) and the food was horrible. The servers were adequate, with one exception. We asked if they had anything special for a child's birthday, they gave us a menu and when we decided, they brought out the dessert while everyone was still eating and the table still had all the dirty dishes on it. We will most definitely never eat there again! |

Buster's is a seafood restaurant planted in the heart of the Arizona highlands. Nonetheless, the fish were fresh, service great and more than anything, remarkably fast.
Buster's is very much a family restaurant with many booths and a bland decor. The waitstaff was very efficient and quick to provide us our selections.
During the afternoon, the restaurant offers special value meals for very low prices, but you have to get there by 6:00 PM. The portions are slightly smaller but are still a great value.
There are also many beers on tap and all in all it was a good dining experience. |
