My Wife and I had dinner there last week for the 2nd time and it was about the same as our first experience the food wasn't bad but no where near good either. The service was poor to say the least and the only explanation we got was that they're getting ready to open a new place. I'll wait till the new place opens and try them again. |

We used to drive to Boulder for fine dining until we discovered Tortugas. My inlaws, who have eaten all over the world say this is one of the best places they have ever eaten. The menu is great, food is consistently wonderful, the bar upstairs is a relaxing, inviting place to meet and the appetizers are unbelievable. I've always liked seafood, but i never really liked fish enough to order it in a restaurant, until Tortugas. |

Our family received a gift certificate to Tortuga's so we decided to use it. The menu -- Cuban based -- contained many items I would not normally order. But I did. AND IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS. Bursting with flavor and texture. And the service was also great. We all had a great time. |

If you have never been to Tortuga's, you're missing out. Everything has so much flavor that it's like "a party in your mouth." The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. We truly felt like the breeze coming through was just off the ocean. The service was very attentive but not invasive. This is truly a dining experience. |
