I crave that smoked mullet!
I was a native, until the last 2 yrs here in Kansas.
We grew up eating "home-made" smoked mullet.
Ted Peters retaurant does it right and delicious.
(Yum...I want some now.) I was also wondering if you ship?? |

Ted Peters' is an institution. I first started going to Ted Peters' when I was a wee one visiting from Massachusetts. It was an annual ritual to stop in for at least one meal during our trip. I'm still in Massachusetts, but have'nt been down to St.Pete in about three years...and Damn' the craving for the Smoked Fish Spread hits me everyday...It is the best..served with saltines or on toasted white bread...The other ultimate dining experience at Ted Peters' is the Cheeseburger and a side of warm German Potato Salad and a Frosty Mug of Root Beer...IT JUST DOES'NT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT !!!!!
Glad to see that they are up and running...
The next time your taking part in a cocktail (where ever you may be) raise a toast to our dearly departed....Mr.Ted Peters ..May he rest in peace. |

Don't knock smoked fish until you try it. Ted Peters Smoked Fish is fleshy and succulent without the fishy taste. You can't get a better meal than this. |
