When my wife and I went there it took FOREVER to get water. No refills ever came. Our waitress disappeared for over half an hour, while others around us were waited on. Bringing our food to the table was the last time we saw her. My burger was not hot, and I never got anyone to do anything about it. I won't be back. |

When I went to Applebees in Rio Rancho it took 15min for anyone to even get my drink. I never got a refill and my festa lime chicken came out raw! RAW chicken!!! |

Service was good but a bit slow. Food was good. It's a typical Applebee's. Newly opened it looks busy but on my visit it was not as crowded as I would have expected. We did not have to wait for a table, one reason I usually avoid Applebee's. There were a few kids which seemed to like to make a lot of noise while the parents just ignored them. One waitress at least tried to keep them entertained, so guess you could say it is kid friendly. My dining pleasures are not listening to screaming kids, not mine, or anybody else's. I will not exclude this Applebee's from my places to eat, it just won't be frequent and it will be later in the evening. |
