Castaways is located on N. High St., north of Rising Park in Lancaster, after passing the Rising Park curve bear left up a residental street at the northern edge of Lancaster (this area is referred to as The Flat Top.) This restaurant features American cuisine. Wide variety on menu including country cooking, seafood, steaks and pizza. Very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings as a popular gathering place. As a side note, look for the wildflowers in the field of the Keller-Kern Nature Park located just north of the restaurant.

Castaways sits tucked away on a hilltop in Lancaster. The atmosphere is very casual, and like eating in your grandmother's dining room. It also has a country dining room flare. The service is very friendly, and the food is homemade country style cuisine. They do serve beer and wine as well. This is a place where many area locals dine and talk. |
