Why Isn't This A Chain?	Mar 12th, 2005
We were at Crystal Beach for Mardi Gras. What a wonderful restaurant. I'm an oyster lover and this was a place in the sun. It's a small community that treats you like you're family and yet, the food is as great as if you were in Houston. I won't tell my friends because I want to keep this a secret..... De Coux's....We'll be back.

"If you want "melt-in-your-mouth" fried shrimp, De Coux's cannot be beaten! I know, I'm a local. They're fast and friendly!
